Plain English summary: DayFrame is a one-time purchase desktop application. You get a perpetual license to use the version you bought. You own your data. We do not offer refunds after download. Do not use DayFrame for anything illegal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DayFrame, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the developer of DayFrame.

2. The License

DayFrame is sold as a one-time purchase. When you buy DayFrame, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the version of the software you purchased on any Windows computer you own or control.

3. Purchases and Refunds

DayFrame is priced at $5.99 as a one-time payment. All sales are final. Because DayFrame is a digital software product that can be downloaded immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not offered once the software has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents DayFrame from functioning, contact us at saltysmh@gmail.com before requesting a refund. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.

If a refund is granted at our discretion, the license to use DayFrame is revoked upon refund.

DayFrame connects to third-party services including Google (Gmail), Open-Meteo, Yahoo Finance, Coinbase, and Kitco to fetch live data. Your use of these services through DayFrame is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. DayFrame is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these services.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of data provided by third-party services. Live market data, weather forecasts, and email delivery depend on these external services functioning correctly.

6. Gmail Integration

If you connect a Gmail account, you authorize DayFrame to access your Gmail data using the scopes you approve during the Google OAuth flow. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access does not affect your DayFrame license.

DayFrame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. Financial data displayed in DayFrame (stocks, crypto, metals) is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of DayFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use DayFrame, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of DayFrame shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of DayFrame after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
